With only three days’ notice, I reached out to Watts Theatre in Osage, Iowa, and they graciously opened their doors to us. It turned out to be the perfect solution especially on a cold winter day!
The result was a gallery that feels completely them. Truly, no one else will have engagement photos quite like Addy and Michael’s, and that’s what makes them so special.

The Story
Some engagement sessions just feel different, and Addy and Michael’s was one of those sessions that reminds me why I love what I do. Their wedding is set for August 1, 2026, and from the very start, Addy knew she wanted something unique for their engagement photos.
When our original location fell through due to limited hours, I asked her if she had a plan B. Her response?
“Well… we both really like popcorn.”
And honestly, that was reason enough.
